Tall Bennett is a supplier of specialty and commodity ingredients to the flavour, confectionery, bakery, fruit juice and catering industries as well as for dairy products, cereal bar production and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

An important amount of ongoing work is focused upon developing new products, or developing new applications for our existing product range including Acacia, Locust bean, Guar gums and Carrageenan etc.

Our products are supported by overseas affiliates and their specialist laboratories.
